When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 7 days.

When will I receive my order?
All orders ship within 7 days. US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail which has a travel time around 3 days. Foreign orders ship via USPS Air Mail with widely varying travel times.

When will my credit card be charged?
Cards are usually charged the night before shipment.

What is the tracking number of my package?
We don't send out tracking numbers. Contact us if you have not received your order within 10 days (US orders) or 3 weeks (Foreign orders).

ORDER PROBLEMS:

CD is blank - Very unlikely - CDs are verified before shipment. Try another computer or ask someone for computer help.

Defective item - Contact us via mail, email or fax for a replacement.

Missing item - Contact us via mail, email or fax for shipment.

RETURNS / REFUNDS:

We sell books, software and other products that can be easily digested and/or duplicated. Because of this, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON. We are not a Library. Defective items will be replaced though. Be aware, if you file a chargeback with your credit card company you will automatically be added to the negative customer database ChargeTrack(tm) used by credit card companies and merchants, which may effect your ability to make purchases or get credit in the future. Also, we reserve the right to file credit card fraud charges in your state -- most states treat this like check fraud and may result in jail time.
